- Base hourly pay: $17–$20 per hour, paid weekly

About the Role
We are seeking driven individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Team Lead. This role is based inside a big box retail store, where you will oversee daily sales activities, guide a team of Sales Representatives, and engage directly with customers to promote and sell wireless and/or in home services. This position offers an excellent pathway for developing leadership skills and growing a career in sales and retail management.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our company and clients professionally within the retail environment
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Sales Representatives during in-store events
- Engage customers directly to discuss product features, benefits, and promotions
- Achieve both personal and team sales targets
- Organize event setup, execution, and breakdown in alignment with company standards
- Monitor sales performance, track metrics, and report insights to management
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity and team results
- Collaborate effectively with store management and brand partners
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older, as required by state law
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or team leadership is advantageous but not mandatory
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Comfortable leading a team on the sales floor and engaging customers for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
