Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Maker and bring craftsmanship and precision to custom cabinetry projects! In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and delivering high-quality cabinets that are RTA (Ready-To-Assemble).
About the Role: We are a growing cabinet assembly and delivery company looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join us. No prior cabinet experience is required. We will train the right person. If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving flatpack cabinet deliveries and unboxing them
- Assembling cabinets using power tools following manufacturer instructions
- Wrapping finished cabinets in protective foam for safe transport
- Loading cabinets safely and efficiently onto the delivery vehicle
- Delivering cabinets to customers at their home (driveway or garage drop-off)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable using power tools (drills, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Physically fit — this role involves lifting, carrying, and loading cabinets regularly
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Good attitude and ability to work as part of a small team
- A valid driver's license is a plus
- Ability to learn and follow assembly and loading procedures
No Experience? No Problem.
We provide full training on how to assemble our cabinets and how we load and deliver them. What matters most is that you're willing to learn and put in the effort.
