The Rice Lake Area School District is seeking an elementary aide to assist teachers and students in the classroom and to supervise students at lunch and outside during recess. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children and supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral development. This role involves helping students build positive relationships with peers, practice appropriate social skills, and develop strategies for successful interactions in a school setting. The candidate should be patient, encouraging, and able to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student growth. This position will provide support in the lunchroom and at recess from 11:00am-12:15pm, classroom support from 12:15pm-1:00pm, and cover recess from 1:00pm-2:00pm.
