The Customer Experience Specialist (CES)/Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring the efficient scheduling of service technicians by providing excellent communication between a variety of stakeholders and displaying organizational skills. Provides exceptional service and support to customers (internally and externally), ensuring a seamless and positive experience at all touchpoints. This role involves addressing customer and service staff inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall satisfaction with the company's products or services.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and be the first point of contact for our customers.
- Schedule customers for various plumbing services promptly and efficiently.
- Follow up and track the progress of jobs, ensuring timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with all service technicians and customers to coordinate schedules and job details.
- Create and maintain an accurate and effective schedule for all plumbing services.
- Foster a family-oriented culture and prioritize customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and challenges.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
