Position Overview
We are hiring a Licensed Esthetician to join our results-driven, client-focused team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time career.
You will work closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans, deliver corrective skincare treatments, and build professional relationships that support lasting results.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about acne, pigmentation, corrective skincare, and helping clients achieve life-changing transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform corrective treatments including acne facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, LED therapy, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare services
- Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on homecare, treatment expectations, and skin health
- Maintain accurate client documentation and progress notes
- Recommend professional skincare products that support client results
- Maintain strong prebooking, retention, and client relationship standards
- Participate in team trainings, meetings, and continuing education
- Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture
What We're Looking For
- California Licensed Esthetician (Required)
- 1+ year of hands-on esthetics experience preferred
- Passionate about acne, pigmentation, and corrective skincare
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable educating clients and recommending products and treatment plans
- Coachable, reliable, detail-oriented, and growth-minded
- Excited to work in a performance-driven environment focused on client results
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus
