- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Serving meals and helping with feeding
- Crush Medication in Apple Sauce
- Following the individual service plan and reporting any changes or concern
Shifts: Every other week schedule changes.
- 1st Week: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:30am to 3:30pm
- 2nd Week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 7:30 am to 3:30pm
