Your Mission: Sales & Smiles!
As a Car Wash Attendant, your main mission will be to passionately sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships to new customers through engaging, face-to-face interactions. You'll be the face of our business, not only guiding customers through their wash experience but also showcasing the benefits of our club with enthusiasm. Beyond sales, you'll ensure every customer feels valued and leaves with a smile, ready to tell their friends about All Washed Up!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a Sales Champion: Actively engage with new customers at payment terminals, confidently explaining and selling our Unlimited Wash Club memberships. This is your primary focus!
- Customer Experience King/Queen: Provide an outstanding customer experience by greeting everyone with energy, answering questions, and resolving any on-site issues with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Smooth Operations: Efficiently prep and load vehicles onto the conveyor system.
- Keep Us Sparkling: Ensure the entire property is pristine – from keeping amenity carts stocked and towels folded, to emptying trash cans, removing litter, and maintaining the wash bay, equipment, building, and parking lot.
- Hands-On Help: Tackle minor mechanical issues and promptly inform the manlager of any major equipment concerns. Assist with landscaping and snow removal as needed to keep our site looking great.
