- We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Contractor/laborer for construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction disciplines and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Assisting in all phases of construction projects, including execution, and final inspection.
- Material Handling: loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to the proper locations.
- Following project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
Skills

- Experience with roofing systems installation and repair.
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques.
- Skills in tile laying for various surfaces.
- Proficient in caulking for sealing joints and gaps.
- Expertise in construction painting for both interior and exterior projects.
- Trim carpentry skills for finishing touches on projects.
- Familiarity with electrical work related to construction projects.
