We are looking for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to work in either or both of our clinic locations: Castle Rock & Centennial, CO.
The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, and socialize with patients. Desirable skills include multi-tasking, stellar organization skills, creative and able to think on your feet.
You will be the patient’s first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with admin tasks, scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment and whatever else they may need. Housekeeping duties include cleaning/prepping treatment rooms and keeping all areas of the office clean.
You will be trained for the following duties: pulling needles at the end of acupuncture treatment, moxibustion, cupping and other therapies we offer at the clinic.
Your creative and writing skills will be used in marketing for the clinic such as managing social media posts, writing blogs, creating flyers and brochures, improving website visibility, attending in-person networking events, etc.
