Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, experience driving a box truck and the ability to troubleshoot various systems. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members and may also interact with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Position also requires the ability to load and unload trucks and general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing and low voltage electrical. Basic 120/220 Volt troubleshoot.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or repairs, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Experience in welding is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Leadership experience is desirable for overseeing projects or teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
