EVENT & RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Join EF DanceShoes and become part of a dynamic team that operates both in our New Jersey retail showroom and at premier Ballroom & Latin Dance competitions across the United States.
This unique hybrid role combines retail experience with travel-based event sales. You'll represent a premium dance footwear brand, meet dancers and coaches from around the world, and work at exciting events in major U.S. cities.
What You'll Do
- Work at our showroom in Englewood Cliffs, NJ
- Travel to Ballroom & Latin Dance competitions across the United States
- Represent EF DanceShoes at event booths and pop-up sales locations
- Assist customers in selecting dance shoes and accessories
- Support event setup, merchandising, and sales operations
- Build relationships within the international dance community
Flexible Schedule
This is a flexible, event-based position. Travel schedules are announced in advance, and team members may select availability based on event participation and store needs.
