Support servers by maintaining table cleanliness, including clearing, resetting and pre-bussing tables

Deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely and accurate manner

Assist with sticking service stations, including silverware, linens, and condiments

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas throughout service

Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Assist with water service and other guest needs as directed

Execute opening and closing side work to support overall operations

Uphold grooming, uniform and Hotel ZaZa service Standards, including all safety protocols

Previous busser or runner experience preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, guest- focused environment

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with the ZaZa brand.
- Ability stand, and move throughout the dining area for extended periods, occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds
