Boutique Personal Injury Firm looking for a full-time Litigation Assistant in Century City. The ideal candidate must have office experience, be highly organized, detail oriented, responsible, computer literate, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is required. This position will start immediately in an on-site office environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Civil Litigation
- Personal Injury Litigation experience preferred, but not required
- Paralegal certification helpful, but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is required

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- General support to Attorneys
- Document Preparation; Drafting complaints, notices, motions, discovery requests and responses
- E-Filing
- Calendaring court deadlines, scheduling/reserving meetings and preparing for court appearances
- Frequent communication with clients and opposing counsel regarding case
- Conducting legal research
