Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-
Stack, organize, and rotate product in a -20°F freezer environment
-
Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
-
Assist route drivers with daily truck loading and preparation
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
-
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
-
Accurately handle inventory and product movement

Perform other warehouse and general labor duties as assigned

Forklift Certification Required
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Valid driver's license required

Ability to work in a cold-storage freezer environment
-
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull products safely

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid Driver's License with Clean MVR
Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds

Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday

Ability to work extended periods in cold temperatures with appropriate protective clothing
