About the role
The Sales Representative plays a key role in helping customers understand their masonry restoration needs and guiding them toward the right solutions. This position focuses on conducting on-site evaluations with potential customers and assessing the condition of their masonry structures. During each visit, the Sales Representative determines the scope of work required, educates the customer about recommended restoration options, and prepares a detailed written proposal outlining the solution.
Beyond the initial consultation, the Sales Representative is responsible for consistent follow-up to address questions, provide clarification, and move prospects toward a confident buying decision. This role combines technical understanding, clear communication, and strong relationship-building skills to convert leads into successful projects while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Work with clients to clearly define the scope of work during on-site meetings
- Estimate jobs by preparing professional, detailed proposals including photos according to our model using our templates
- Develop and build relationships with customers to position us as their favorite trusted resource.
- Follow up with prospective customers on their outstanding proposals according to company’s policy
- Attend customer meetings with other staff, when necessary.
- Travel to job sites when necessary – attend initial and final project walk-through visits with customers
- When necessary, present proposals in person to boards and owners, handle objections and negotiate final scope/pricing.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency with office software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office; CRMs such as Pipedrive, Service Titan, HubSpot, SalesForce)
- Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication; must be able to write clear, professional proposals.
- Valid driver’s license – company vehicle provided.
- Experience as an estimator, construction project manager, or construction supervisor and knowledge of masonry and brick construction are helpful, but not required – we will train the right person
COMPENSATION:
- Base pay for 4-6 months training period
- After training period: mix of base pay and commission or commission only pay
