What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook at Can Can, you’ll work side-by-side with seasoned chefs to deliver quality dishes in a high-volume scratch kitchen. Your station will be set, your knives sharp, and your standards high.
Your Responsibilities:
- Stock and prep your station like a pro
- Cook each dish to perfection — hot, fresh, consistent
- Work in sync with your team and communicate clearly
- Follow chef instructions and maintain high kitchen standards
- Keep things clean, organized, and up to safety/sanitation codes
Pay & Growth
- Training: Everyone starts at $14/hr, but most move up within a week
- Post-Training: Pay ranges from $16 to $20/hr depending on your skills
- Lead Cook Track: Already have solid kitchen chops? You could earn up to $24/hr in our Lead Cook program with increased responsibility and leadership opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Line or Prep Cook preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen with high expectations
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, go up/down stairs, and stand for long shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
