This is not a sales job. This is not telemarketing. This is a diagnostic role where you help homeowners facing legal and financial pressure understand their options, and where your income scales with your skill level—not your hours or personality.
What You'll Actually Do:
You'll work inside a proprietary operating platform designed for one thing: eliminating the guesswork and busywork from distressed property acquisitions. Every day looks like this:
- Make diagnostic calls to homeowners in pre-foreclosure, tax deed, or probate situations
- Gather structured information using guided conversation frameworks (not scripts)
- Document facts in standardized formats so the entire team can act on clean data
- Rank and prioritize leads based on timeline, motivation, and deal feasibility
- Coordinate with AI-assisted calling tools that handle initial outreach so you focus on high-quality conversations
- Use SMS workflows for patient, low-pressure follow-up with people who aren't ready to talk yet
- Track your pipeline in real time with full visibility into deal status, next actions, and timeline pressure points
You'll also work with tools most acquisition teams don't have:
- Pre-loaded property intelligence before you make the call
- Door-knock route planning that optimizes your field time by geography and priority
- Training modules that teach you foreclosure timelines, probate authority mapping, debt stack analysis, and objection reframing
- Performance dashboards that show exactly where you stand on activity, contact quality, and deal conversion

- Calm under pressure — distressed homeowners are dealing with legal deadlines, financial stress, and emotional overwhelm. You stay steady.
- Analytical, not emotional — you diagnose the situation before proposing solutions. You don't guess. You verify.
- Comfortable with technology — this role lives inside a fast-moving platform. If learning new software stresses you out, this isn't the fit.
- Discipline over charisma — we don't hire smooth talkers. We hire people who follow the process, document accurately, and improve through repetition.
- Self-directed — you'll have structure and training, but no one's standing over your shoulder. You own your pipeline.
Skills You'll Build:
- Foreclosure and probate process expertise
- Debt stack analysis and payoff coordination
- Negotiation frameworks for distressed situations
- Real estate underwriting and deal structuring
- Authority mapping (who can actually make decisions in complex ownership situations)
- Professional documentation and CRM hygiene
Work Schedule:
- Daily standup meeting: 8:30 AM Eastern Time (non-negotiable)
- Calling hours: 8 AM – 8 PM, 7 days a week
- Minimum commitment: 40 hours per week dedicated to bringing in deals (flexible schedule within calling hours)
- Location: Fully remote OR hybrid from our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office (no full in-office requirement)
Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
First 90 Days:
- $500 bi-weekly training draw (advance against future commissions)
- Draw is deducted from earned commissions during the training period
After 90 Days (Commission-Only):
- 10% commission on first $50,000 in monthly revenue
- 12.5% commission on revenue over $50,000 per month
Weekly Bonus Opportunity:
- $3,000 bonus on certain deals upon contract signing and approval
- Earn money every week without waiting for long deal cycles to close
Earning Examples:
- $50,000/month in revenue = $5,000/month commission
- $80,000/month in revenue = $8,750/month commission
- $100,000/month in revenue = $11,250/month commission

You'll work inside a system that was purpose-built to handle the chaos of distressed real estate: property data that refreshes daily, AI tools that handle repetitive outreach, mobile workflows for field closers, and training content that maps to actual deal situations you'll encounter.
You'll also work alongside AI personas that make initial contact, qualify interest, and hand you warm conversations instead of cold dials. You're not competing with the AI—you're the human who handles the nuance the AI can't.
The Work Environment:
- Fully remote with optional hybrid access to Palm Beach Gardens, FL office
- Flexible schedule within calling hours (8 AM – 8 PM daily), but you own your pipeline—results matter
- Team collaboration via daily standup and shared deal visibility
- Continuous training through structured modules, live workshops, and mentorship
