Chai Tots Early Childhood Center, a Montessori preschool and daycare: ages 6 weeks to 6 years, is currently looking to hire talented, creative teachers to expand our team for the 2026/27 year. Teachers must have experience working with children and preferably a Montessori degree. Teachers will be preparing the classroom, planning materials/activities and maintaining a peaceful, educational, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment for children to learn and play. Teacher Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrates a passion for early childhood education
- Demonstrates high energy, enthusiasm, creativity and a team-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Montessori degree preferred
- Experience in early childhood
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop a strong connection with children and families
- Effective time management and organizational skills

Teacher Responsibilities:
- Lesson planning, providing lessons, and guiding children
- Observing and tracking student learning in organized fashion
- Supporting each child to learn at his/her own pace
- Guiding children towards autonomy, curiosity, and respect
- Supervising lunch and playground activities; keeping children safe, engaged, and having fun
- Twice yearly parent-teacher conferences
