Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and best practices to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences for elementary students.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to set long-term goals for elementary education programs, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and community needs.
- Manage and supervise a team of educators, coordinators, and support staff, fostering professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with teachers to design innovative instructional strategies that incorporate technology, differentiated instruction, and inclusive practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in elementary teaching and classroom management.
- Demonstrated success in curriculum development that promotes student engagement and academic achievement.
- Extensive management experience leading teams of educators or school staff with a focus on supervision and professional development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational goals forward.
- Excellent public speaking skills coupled with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Pay: $45,640.46 - $54,782.07 per year
