West Capital Lending is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage based in Irvine, CA. We are seeking a motivated Junior Mortgage Banker / Loan Officer Assistant who wants to break into the mortgage industry, learn from experienced loan officers, and grow into a high-earning career.

Base Salary: $38,000 + Commission (Total Compensation Up to $100,000+)
Responsibilities
- Assist Sr. loan officers with daily loan operation and gather and verify borrower documentation, including income statements, credit reports, and asset information
- Take inbound and outbound calls to pre-qualify leads
- Help structure loan scenarios and pricing (training provided)
- Track loan files and ensure milestones are met
- Follow up with clients to move files smoothly toward closing
- Maintain CRM updates and pipeline organization
- Learn mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance standards
Experience
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Sales mindset with customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple files and deadlines
- Coachable, reliable, and self-motivated
- Previous mortgage, real estate, or financial services experience is a plus (but not required)

Pay: $38,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
