We are seeking an outstanding individual to manage our front desk operations with the explicit track to develop into a Lead CRS position. Because of this growth trajectory, previous leadership/management experience or strong demonstrated management skills are required.
What You’ll Do (Initial Responsibilities):
- Client & Patient Care: Warmly check in clients and patients, obtain patient weights, and handle incoming calls with a helpful attitude.
- Communication Hub: Manage digital correspondence and respond efficiently to client inquiries on our clinic software.
- Clinic Logistics: Schedule upcoming appointments, send out automated reminders, and print daily check-in sheets.
- Financials & Reporting: Process client transactions, maintain the daily schedule, and accurately run daily audit reports.
- Multitasking Mastery: Seamlessly handle several of these responsibilities all at once in a dynamic environment, all while working exceptionally well with the rest of our team.
Management & Growth Expectations:
- Bring prior supervisory or leadership experience to help optimize front-desk workflows.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and the desire to step up into the Lead CRS role as you master our clinic's daily operations.
