Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the housekeeping team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing training and support.
- Ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure efficient turnover of guest rooms.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to meet company's quality and cleanliness requirements.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory management of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and effectively to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence among housekeeping staff, encouraging motivation and morale.
- Create and manage housekeeping budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the hotel's sustainability initiatives, promoting eco-friendly practices in housekeeping operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as Hilton's policies.
- Generate reports on housekeeping performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualification Summary:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in housekeeping management in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with housekeeping software and systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques and products.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in housekeeping or facility management is a plus.
