Position
As a Swann’s Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, loading, and preparing furniture for delivery while ensuring accuracy, safety, and care of merchandise. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise
- Load and unload furniture safely and efficiently
- Prepare furniture for delivery and customer pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist delivery & merchandising teams as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Physically able to lift furniture (50+ lbs.)
- Ability to work well with others and be a strong team player
- Previous warehouse or furniture handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
