SignalPro Acquisitions is expanding its customer engagement team and looking for an AT&T Enrollment Representative to represent AT&T Fiber solutions. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing sales skills, and helping customers find connectivity solutions that fit their needs.
As an AT&T Enrollment Representative, you’ll work directly with customers throughout the San Diego County market to understand their internet and entertainment needs and introduce them to available AT&T Fiber solutions. You will explain service options, answer questions, and guide customers through the enrollment process.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Enrollment Representative
- Represent AT&T Fiber as an AT&T Enrollment Representative and engage with customers in a professional, approachable manner.
- Introduce customers to AT&T Fiber Internet, fiber-powered connectivity, and available service plans.
- Present related solutions such as AT&T Fiber Wi-Fi, home networking, entertainment, and connectivity services.
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Explain service features, plan options, and enrollment requirements clearly.
- Assist customers with the enrollment process and ensure information is completed accurately.
- Use sales and communication skills to create positive customer experiences.
- Build professional customer relationships while developing your sales and customer engagement abilities.
- Participate in team coaching and ongoing development to strengthen sales and enrollment skills.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
