We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance, as well as the installation, setup, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machine equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and experience working in a complex manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Perform advanced electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment

Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs

Diagnose and repair CNC machines and related systems

Perform general electrical repairs on CNC and manual equipment

Assist with rigging, moving, and installation of machinery and equipment

Support inspection, repair, and adjustment of machines and systems

Carry out general maintenance tasks across equipment and facilities

Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as required

Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols

Accurately document all repairs and maintain equipment history in accordance with company policies
Requirements:

Electrical background required

Associate degree (2-year) in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a large, complex manufacturing environment preferred

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and building trades maintenance

Working knowledge of federal, state, and local codes related to facilities, construction, and maintenance

Proficiency with computers in a Windows-based environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Willingness to respond to after-hours calls on an on-call basis
