Overview
We are seeking a dedicated PCA / CNA's available to work 7a-7p or 7p-7a to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by delivering exceptional personal care and support during daytime hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Provide compassionate memory care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Support residents with mobility challenges, including transfer assistance and safe use of assistive devices
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition promptly to nursing staff or supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
- Collaborate with caregiver team, nurses, and coordinators in home & community care environments
Requirements
- PCA Experience OR CNA license
- Experience working with seniors
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to document tasks appropriately
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
- Compassionate caregiving attitude with excellent communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
