Raceway Kia is looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Service Writer / Advisor to join our fast-growing team at our location in Conshohocken, PA!

We have an immediate opening available due to dealership expansion & growth. . Ideal candidates should be CSI oriented, have at least one year of dealership experience, and familiarity with the CDK system.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate with customers to determine their service needs and provide recommendations for services
- Conduct an initial evaluation of the vehicle based on customer-provided information and a visual assessment
- Assist customers with planning around maintenance required for their vehicle
- Process repair orders for customers to fully document costs and time estimates
- Provide follow-ups to customers to provide status updates on their vehicle’s service
- Provide an exceptional start-to-finish customer service experience
- Stay up-to-date on products and services, including warranty information
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year dealership experience in an automotive service writer / advisor role
- CDK or other dealership software experience is a plus!
- Must be CSI oriented
- Able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation and work attendance
