Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role includes administrative support, marketing, and sales support responsibilities in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Must have Canva experience and prior insurance industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Create marketing materials and social content using Canva
- Support sales efforts including client communication and follow-ups
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate events, trainings, and client meetings
- Manage travel arrangements and scheduling logistics
- Maintain organized and confidential documents and records
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Requirements
- Required: Canva experience (marketing/design work)
- Required: Insurance industry experience (Medicare, health, life, or financial services)
- Executive Assistant or administrative experience preferred
- Sales or client-facing experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Outlook
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Required)
- using Canva to create marketing materials?: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Health Insurance License (Preferred)
