As a Server, you will be responsible for guiding guests through their dining experience, providing menu knowledge and recommendations, delivering food and beverages accurately, and ensuring every guest leaves with an experience worth returning for.
Pay: $2.35 hourly, plus tips

Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Serv-Safe or equivalent
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and guest service mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across all areas of the restaurant
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience from arrival to departure
- Present menus, answer questions, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food, beverages, and other guest requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns promptly and professionally
- Process guest payments accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Assist with opening, closing, side work, and dining room setup as assigned
- Follow all company service standards, food safety procedures, and hospitality expectations
- Build positive guest relationships that encourage repeat visits
