SiteRabbits builds and manages websites for local service businesses like roofers, landscapers, pressure washers, and contractors. We're growing quickly and we're hiring our first salesperson.
What you'd be doing
Taking sales calls that are already booked on your calendar. No cold calling. No prospecting. No lists to build. Our ads book 8 to 15 calls a day and right now our founder takes every single one, which is exactly why this role exists.
Day to day, you'd be:
- Running 15-minute phone calls with business owners
- Closing on the call when you can
- Texting people who miss their call and getting them rescheduled
- Following up with anyone who doesn't buy right away/Building a follow up system.
- Logging what happened on each call so we can keep improving
Pay
$18/hour guaranteed, regardless of how many you close, plus $150 to $250 commission on every client you sign. Commission is uncapped. Most people in this role should earn $40,000 to $70,000 a year at 25 to 30 hours a week.
Schedule
TBD/Can build schedule around life. Hours grow as our call volume grows, and there's a clear path to full-time.

Who we're looking for
Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to blue-collar business owners. Reliable, coachable, and competitive. Sales experience helps but isn't required. If you've done door-to-door, retail, or anything where you talked to strangers all day, that counts.
Room to grow
This is our first sales hire. If you're good at it, there's a real path to running our entire sales operation as we scale.
