What You'll Do
- Assemble custom industrial machinery according to technical drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings (pneumatic and electrical drawings are a plus)
- Use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and shop equipment
- Inspect components and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Solve mechanical assembly challenges and adapt to changing project requirements
- Work closely with a small team to build high-quality custom equipment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Hands-on and mechanically inclined
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
- Self-motivated with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Comfortable using hand tools and mechanical equipment
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Excited by variety—not repetitive assembly line work
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical assembly or related mechanical experience
- Experience assembling mechanical components
- Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings
- Ability to perform precision measurements
- Knowledge of lifting devices and mobile equipment is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
