Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restocker to join our team. The Restocker plays a crucial role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and organized, contributing to an optimal shopping experience for our customers. This position requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Restock shelves, displays, and storage areas with products in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all items are properly labeled and displayed according to company guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock items to management.
- Assist in organizing backroom storage to facilitate easy access to products.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and storage areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create an efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or stock management is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
