Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to effectively and efficiently carry out the sales administrative functions with integrity and based on Christian principles.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify sales agreements and reports for accuracy
- Prepare and input data in various software programs
- Apply pre-established codes to sales agreements
- Prepare and complete necessary reports for management
- General administrative duties
- Assist and support other members of the Family Service Department
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in all Windows-based programs
- Ability to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Personal and professional integrity based on Christian principles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
