Commercial Building Maintenance Technician
- Background in building, mechanical skills, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, make readies, HVAC etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Willing and able to frame walls and offices, hang drywall, tape/bed, texture, paint, add and remove doors,
occasionally windows, and/or install, patch, replace flooring – carpet and/or tile
- Troubleshoot, adjust, maintain, and repair building mechanical HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
- Daily Monthly, Semi-Annual and Annual checklist.
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance work orders, equipment repairs and replacements
- Complete installation, repair, or maintenance projects as directed by the Property Manager
- Respond to normal and after-hours emergency calls
- Record all maintenance repair activities
- Maintain Inventory of parts and materials necessary for repairsAdditional Duties
- Maintain lighting and electrical, including bulbs, ballasts, sockets, and fixtures
- Pick up ground and make sure the property looks clean
- Troubleshoot and adjust HVAC system for tenant space
- Repair and maintain air handlers and replace filters
- Make-Ready
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm plus on call nights and weekends for emergencies
Must have clean driving record.
Must pass background check and written test.
Experience and Education:
- 2 years experience in Building Maintenance in Office or Commercial Facility
- High School diploma or GED
- Trade or Technical school preferred
- Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, etc.

Pay: $52,500.00 per year
