Job Posting: On-Site Call Center Coordinator

Hourly Rate: Starting at $16.96 (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-Time 20 hours a week. Every Friday and Saturday 10 pm-8 am
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive On-Site Call Center Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between clients, staff, families, and community members. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all questions related to medical risk plans, behavior support plans, crisis intervention, and staffing and scheduling needs. The ideal candidate will work on-site and be responsible for reviewing and scanning client records to ensure accuracy and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, staff, families, and community members for all inquiries.
- Partner with staff and clients to implement medical risk and behavior support plans.
- Provide proactive crisis intervention when needed.
- Manage staffing and scheduling changes effectively.
- Review, scan, and maintain client records for accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or as a Direct Support Professional is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Shift Hours:
- Friday 10 pm to Saturday 8 am, Saturday 10 pm- Sunday 8 am.
