We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic School Program Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for students. Duties
- Implement and oversee educational programs that align with the school's curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Educate students on various subjects while promoting critical thinking and creativity.
- Provide first aid and ensure the safety of all students during program activities.
- Incorporate elements of theater and creative arts into lessons to enhance student engagement.
- Support daycare operations by supervising children during playtime and structured activities.
- Offer tutoring assistance to students needing extra help in specific subjects.
- Utilize knowledge of childhood development to tailor programs that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all participants.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and program updates.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience working with students in various capacities, including but not limited to:
- Classroom management techniques that foster a respectful learning environment.
- Background in first aid or child safety protocols.
- Experience in theater or creative arts as it relates to education.
- Familiarity with daycare settings or Christian counseling principles is a plus.
- Proven track record in tutoring or providing academic support to children.
- Understanding of childhood development principles and their application in an educational setting.
