American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification.

Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 58 beds
-
Patient population includes rehabilitation, dementia, and patients requiring 1-2 person assist
-
Day shift, 12-hour shifts
-
Patient ratios of 1:20 on days and 1:58 on nights
-
Every other weekend coverage required, with additional weekends as needed
-
Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis (minimum every 3rd holiday, more as needed)

EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)

Active LPN/LVN license required if applicable — must be active and not pending at time of consideration

Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required — no exceptions

Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)

Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred

Driver's license required for consideration

2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles are accepted at a different rate

1-2 orientation shifts provided upon arrival
