Overview
Full time Bar position available. We are looking to add a great person to our already amazing staff. This is a full time position providing the opportunity to earn extremely competitive pay in a good environment. Scheduling has flexibility but will require relatively open availability. Restaurant / Bartending experience is required. Management experience preferred. We are a scratch kitchen restaurant providing an incredible fresh menu of food and beverage selections. Our surrounding community gives us amazing support so we are looking to add a great leader who will continue our commitment to hospitality that has built our name.
- Supervise bar operations, ensuring smooth service during shifts and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Oversee beverage mixing, and presentation to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Operate POS systems OS for accurate cash handling and sales processing
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold service excellence and safety standards
- Implement food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Oversee shift management by supervising team performance, and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Monitor budgeting aspects related to bar operations to optimize profitability while maintaining quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management, restaurant management or hospitality leadership with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of beverage mixing within casual dining or fine dining environments
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling accurately and resolve guest issues effectively
- Previous experience working in quick service & fast food restaurants or bars is highly desirable
- Leadership skills demonstrated through staff training & development, team management, and interviewing experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of catering services or banquet experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
