About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, Commercial Insurance Agent to join our growing team. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide full training, licensing support, and mentorship to set you up for long-term success in commercial lines.
What You'll Do

Learn and sell commercial insurance products (general liability, property, workers' comp, commercial auto, BOP, and more)

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients

Prospect for new commercial accounts through networking, referrals, and outreach

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy applications

Work closely with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive terms

Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a drive to build a career in sales

Comfortable in a goal- and commission-driven environment

Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (we'll help you get there)

Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn

Prior sales, customer service, or business experience a plus (not required)
