Pay
- $1,550 – $1,780 average weekly pay
- $80,600 – $92,560 estimated yearly
- $0.60 – $0.72 CPM depending on experience
- $0.01 CPM raise every 12 months

The Job
- Full-time local and regional positions out of Oildale, CA
- 100% no-touch, drop and hook freight - no unloading, no dock work
- Local drivers home every night - no overnight stays, no exceptions
- Regional drivers home every week with a full 34-hour reset - dialed in before you leave the yard
- 5 to 6 days per week
- Local: 2,000 – 2,500 miles per week average
- Regional: 2,500 – 3,000 miles per week average
Where You Are Running
- Local lanes covering Oildale, CA and the greater Bakersfield corridor
- Regional lanes running through CA, AZ, NV, and UT
- 300 – 500 miles per run average on regional
- Frequent stops through Fresno, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Sacramento
- Monday through Saturday dispatch

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL in good standing
- 21 or older
- No experience required - entry levels welcome
- Minor violations reviewed case by case
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Operate your assigned CDL-A day cab on local or regional routes out of Oildale, CA
- Handle no-touch, drop and hook pickups and deliveries on your assigned corridor
- Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections at the start and end of every shift
- Keep ELD logs current and operate strictly within legal hours of service
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols without exception
- Maintain open communication with dispatch from start to finish every day
