Job Overview: The Title I Professional Development Facilitator supports the federal programs department in managing the Title I and family engagement programs observing all ESSA guidelines and compliance.
Implement planned programs and provide support to improve academic achievement in student instruction.
The Title I Facilitator will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between families, schools, and communities across a network of six schools within Maury County, Tennessee.
This role will assist with the implementation of Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015 for the district. Primary responsibilities include coordinating Title I schools and collaborating with school-based and central office staff members to meet districtwide and school-level compliance.
This role involves developing and implementing strategies to promote family engagement, particularly among Title I eligible families, to enhance student success and academic achievement.
