Staffing Network is seeking experienced Maintenance Technician’s in Denton, TX. The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility. This person will work in a safe manner and take appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in building.

Pay rate: $21/hr. – weekly pay
1st shift: 7am – 3:30pm
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior, including basic plumbing.
- Simple/ basic electrical tasks
- Maintain a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts.
- Painting and furniture assembly.
- Use a variety of hand/power tools and material handling equipment while performing duties.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those to management.
- Comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain and clean warehouse.
Background/Experience:
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience w
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb all day.
- Frequently lifting and moving items up to and exceeding 75 pounds.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience in maintenance.
- Good decision making, communication and time management skills.
- Must be thorough, dependable, motivated and possess repair skills.
