The Role
We are looking for Host and Support Staff to join our front of house team. Support roles include hosting, food running, and bussing. These are guest-facing, high-energy positions that keep the floor moving and set the tone for every guest experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Greeting and welcoming every guest with a warm, genuine smile
- Managing the host stand — reservations, waitlist, and seating rotation
- Running food from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly
- Bussing and resetting tables quickly and cleanly between covers
- Watering tables and keeping guests taken care of throughout their visit
- Managing to-go and catering order pickups at the to-go station
- Answering phones and handling reservation and to-go inquiries
- Supporting the team wherever needed — no task is beneath you
What We Are Looking For
- Warm, outgoing, and genuinely people-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to move fast and stay focused in a high-volume environment
- Strong communicator who keeps servers and managers informed
- Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred
- Previous FOH experience is a plus — not required
- Must be 18 or older
