Title: Senior Accountant I - Individual Tax
Location: Mansion Rich, NH
Duration: Full-time
Position Summary: The Senior Accountant I - Individual Tax is responsible for preparing individual tax returns, including Schedule C’s and Schedule E’s, for review by senior team members or Partners. Is the primary contact for clients with less complex returns and will assist in tax planning engagements under supervision. This role includes contacting clients to obtain missing tax information and providing guidance on basic tax issues. In addition to client work, the Senior Accountant will serve as a resource for software used in individual return preparation, offering assistance to less experienced team members. Will stay current with IRS and state tax law changes and assist team members with client tax notices by reviewing, researching, and drafting responses for approval.
Education & Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, preferred.
- Working toward CPA or EA designation preferred.
- 3-4 years of tax experience
Pay: $60,000.00 - $850,000.00 per year
