Position Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with tailored insurance and financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Build and train a team
- Utilize marketing strategies to expand your customer base
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Set and monitor progress toward personal and professional goals
- Support team development and participate in mentorship opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Genuine interest in entrepreneurship and business ownership
- Sales or leadership experience (3+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and ethical work approach
- Willingness to obtain required licensing (support provided)
