Foreman – MEP / Field Operations
Overview
The Foreman is responsible for leading crews in the field, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. This role works closely with the Superintendent to execute work across multiple trades, with a focus on MEP scopes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily crew activities on-site
- Coordinate work with other trades to maintain workflow
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Identify and communicate field issues impacting progress
- Manage manpower, materials, and basic scheduling needs
- Support execution of project sequencing and daily work plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of Foreman or lead experience in construction
- Experience working with or around MEP trades
- Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity
- Strong understanding of field operations and jobsite coordination
Nice to Have
- Experience on large-scale or multi-trade projects
- Familiarity with construction drawings and basic software tools
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
