What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Every day is different.
You’ll welcome customers.
Help resolve customer concerns.
Support and coach newer team members.
Keep the site clean, safe, and operating at a high level.
Sell unlimited memberships.
Troubleshoot equipment issues.
Pressure wash concrete.
Jump in wherever you’re needed.
Most importantly…
You’ll set the example.
The team will watch what you do far more than they’ll listen to what you say.
Let’s Be Honest About the Job
This isn’t an easy job.
You’ll spend most of your day outside.
You’ll work in the North Carolina heat.
You’ll work in the cold.
You’ll get wet.
You’ll get dirty.
You’ll be on your feet almost all day.
You’ll regularly walk 10,000-20,000 steps.
Some days are physically demanding.
Some days you’ll handle upset customers or difficult situations.
We need someone with maturity, confidence, and professionalism who can represent Heroes well, even when conversations become challenging.
