Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations and optimize our digital marketplace presence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of e-commerce activities, including supply chain coordination, inventory control, logistics management, and customer experience enhancement. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, sourcing, and category management to ensure product availability.
- Oversee inventory management systems and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, including freight carriers, 3PL partners, and transportation management systems to ensure timely delivery and shipping logistics compliance.
- Implement process improvements in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, picking & packing, and materials handling to boost efficiency.
- Monitor supply chain analytics and data analysis tools to identify trends, forecast demand, and inform procurement decisions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with international trade regulations, transportation safety regulations, and warehouse safety standards.
- Lead a team of logistics professionals in warehouse management system operations, dispatching, fleet management, and warehouse experience initiatives.
- Optimize packaging strategies and materials handling procedures for cost-effective shipping logistics.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by ensuring accurate order processing and prompt issue resolution.
Experience
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with materials management software is a plus.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
