Telio Infrastructure is hiring Field Technicians to install residential fixed-wireless internet for a national carrier across the Las Vegas metro. We're a fast-growing field-services company with steady job volume and production-based pay — the more you install, the more you earn.
What you'll do
- Install fixed-wireless internet at customers' homes: mount exterior radios, run cable, and set up Wi-Fi
- Verify line-of-sight and signal, then certify each completed site
- Document every job in our field app with clean, accurate records
- Deliver professional, carrier-grade workmanship on every visit
What you'll earn
- $1,200–$2,400 per week, based on completed installs
- Paid biweekly by direct deposit

- Reliable truck, van, or SUV
- Your own extension ladder and basic hand tools
- Smartphone for the field app
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and motor-vehicle record (MVR) check

- Experience with fiber, internet, Cable, or satellite installation
- No experience? Reliable, mechanically inclined hard workers are welcome — we train
Details
This is an independent contractor (1099) role. Technicians provide their own vehicle and tools and carry the required vehicle and liability coverage — we'll walk you through the specifics during onboarding.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime; occasional weekends optional.
