Job Title: IOP Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor IOP daily attendance and complete attendance checks as needed.
Assist in completing tasks including admission assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries as determined from Chart Audit.
Participate in weekly supervision meetings with Leadership.
Facilitate a minimum of 30 direct client care hours (groups, individual sessions and LOCs) per week and complete required documentation in a timely manner.
Be knowledgeable in DBT, CPT, ACT, Seeking Safety, Shame Resilience, Mindful Self Compassion, and further evidenced based group therapies.
Assisting with emergency call in group coverages as able
Completing check-in calls with clients that are struggling as needed, to be determined by group clinicians and IOP Director contacting on-call support
IOP Manager may be notified for issues with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, homicidal thoughts, or other unsafe behaviors needing individualized support
Documenting all check-in calls through clinical notes in the client’s chart
Consulting with the Leadership as needed to assess client safety/group safety
Competencies:
Candidate should have leadership experience, preferably in a mental health field
Professional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately with multiple groups of people
Detail oriented
Minimum Qualifications:
Full licensure in the State of Texas – LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Experience with Microsoft word, excel, outlook
Experience with electronic medical records systems
Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in the mental health field
